West Palm Beach, FL - After 30 Prep Tour events, the 70 top players on the season-long points list were invited to the Prep Tour Championship held today at the Park West Palm.
Capturing her fourth first place finish of the year, Miami native Laura Monsalve carded a one-over, 72 to win in the Girl’s 13-18 division. With the win, Monsalve was named Player of the Year, totaling 3,427 points.
Monsalve finished her season with 18 top-10 finishes and played in a total of 21 events.
Ella Hrbata of West Palm Beach finished in second place for the championship after a three-over 74.
In the Boy’s 11-12 division, Charles Sundermeier (72) of Lake Worth went bogey-free in his front nine helping him to a first place finish, three strokes ahead of Jack Smith of Miami Springs.
Dylan Schilling (80) of Port St. Lucie rounded out a fantastic season with 3,737 points to win the Player of the Year title. Schilling, who competed in 24 of 30 events this season, placed in the top-10 in every start.
Lake Worth Native, Alyna Yensabai also carded zero bogeys in her front nine and finished the day with a one-over 72. Yesabai claimed the Girl’s 11-12 division title by one stroke over Harper Kiss of Lighthouse Point.
Stella Ronja Lind (89) of Doral closed out her incredible season and won the Player of the Year award in the Girl’s 11-12 division. Lind carded nine first place and six top-three finishes.
After moving up to the 13-18 division following his victory in the 2022 Prep Tour Championship, Jaxson Weese of Sebastian won his second consecutive Prep Tour Championship, shooting a one-under 70. Gatlin Albright of Stuart shot one-over 72 to finish in second.
Carter Brooks (75) of Coral Springs took hold of the Player of the Year in the Boy’s 13-18 division with 2,309 points. Brooks completed his season with 13 top-10 finishes and 40 total birdies.
Finishing the day in the 9-10 divisions, Linus Castro (74) and Brian Kelley (77) secured the top-two positions for the Boys and Isabella Eterovic (90) and Larissa Wheelless (91) for the Girls.
In addition, Atlas Andrews of West Palm Beach and Larissa Wheelless of Miami earned the Player of the Year trophies after competing in more than 10 Prep Tour events this year.
Andrews placed in the top-3 positions in 10 of 15 events in which he competed in. Wheelless finished in the top-3 for the 10 of 10 events she competed in.

The Prep Tour season will begin its 2024 campaign on February 10th at Shell Point Golf Club.
