Over the weekend, the South Florida PGA Toptracer Prep Tour presented by Callaway held a one-day, 18-hole tournament at Osprey Point's Raven and Falcon courses. The tournament featured competitors ages 9-18, all vying for Prep Tour titles.
Jack Zedar of Coral Gables put on an impressive performance, scoring five birdies and one eagle, which helped him clinch the first-place title in the Boy's 13-18 division.
Meanwhile, Esha Nagalla of Pinecrest dominated the Girl's 13-18 division with a bogey-free front nine to help her secure a four-stroke victory.
Gabriel Shabashkevich of Boca Raton shot a tournament-low 1-under, 71 with five birdies to earn the first-place title in the Boy's 11-12 division. Alyna Yensabai also had an excellent performance, carding a perfect even-par round to win the Girl's 11-12 division for her fifth top-five finish.
In the 9-10 division, Victoria Frias of Parkland secured her third first-place finish of the season with a final score of 7-over, 79. Eli Widom from Boynton Beach won the Boy's division after shooting a 1-under 71, which included an eagle on the par-five 12th hole and a birdie on 18.
